Payment, activation and cancellation terms

₹499 buys 30 days of private access to the curated OneKivo service directory. Renewal is ₹499 for each additional 30 days for now. There is no automatic renewal or automatic charge.

Accept these terms before payment. An administrator independently verifies a manual payment against received funds. A payment request or screenshot alone does not activate access. Do not pay unless OneKivo has provided verified payment instructions.

Each verified payment receives a unique account-bound, one-time activation code, delivered privately by the administrator. Redeem it while signed into the purchaser account. Codes expire seven days after issue; contact the administrator for a replacement. Replacement does not restart the refund window.

The 30-day term starts when the code is redeemed. A renewal adds 30 days after your existing unexpired term. Login alone is not sufficient. A verified renewal awaiting code redemption temporarily requires activation before directory access resumes.

Cancel in Account within seven calendar days of payment confirmation, including the exact deadline shown, for a refund of 90% of the amount actually paid. OneKivo retains 10% as the activation/processing charge. At ₹499, that is ₹449.10 refunded and ₹49.90 retained. Refunds are rounded down to the nearest paise; the remainder is retained.

The refund clock starts at payment confirmation, not activation. Cancellation ends all directory access immediately, including any remaining term. A refund request is not a completed bank refund; its progress is shown in Account. After the seven-day deadline there is no standard refund. These terms do not exclude rights required by applicable law.

OneKivo provides curated links, search aliases and ongoing directory updates, not government processing, CRM or application form filling. Third-party and government websites control their own eligibility, availability, charges and decisions. You must obtain any required authorisation independently.
